1981 Fiat Spider - Pininfarina - 51k Original Miles - Garage Kept for sale in Brooklyn, New York

My uncle bought this car in 1981 as his weekend car. He always kept it in his garage in California. When he bought a Porsche in the 90's, he eventually stopped driving the Fiat, disconnected the battery, and kept it stored in his garage. Last year when I moved to Brooklyn, he asked me if I wanted a car, and I knew EXACTLY what he was asking and I immediately accepted. I just finished grad school, and unfortunately for me need some money. I love the car... a real head-turner and a joy to drive, but I reluctantly have to give it up.
Car is in great condition as is. New Ansa performance muffler (-auto.com/index.cfm?fa=p&pid=2454&addcar=1) and new shocks all around. You can really enjoy the car as is, or you could redo the interior, top, and a put on a fresh coat of paint, and make it a $20k car. I don't have the time or money to make it the car it deserves to be.
