Sarge was brought in as a stray and the finder stated he got along well with strangers, and was very playful and friendly. During his evaluation, Sarge was more interested and distracted by his surrounding, and was in constant movement. He was a bit difficult to position during the handling, but when relaxed he allowed the assessor to conduct each item without issue. Sarge ate faster when the food bowl was pulled away and could not be pushed out of the food bowl, but was easy to handle when chewing on the toys and rawhides. When playing off with other dogs, Sarge did not engage in any play, and constantly mounted all female dogs.
